- By accessing any course, you agree to these Terms and our acceptable use rules.
- Terms may be updated for clarity, security, or legal reasons. Material changes will be announced in-product.
- If you disagree with updated terms, you may stop using the service and request account deletion.
Access
#Access is personal and non-transferable. We may update content periodically.
- Each seat is licensed to one individual. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
- Service uptime targets are 99.9% monthly; scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
- We may suspend accounts for violations, fraud prevention, or security concerns.
Payments
#Payments are processed securely by our providers. Taxes may apply based on your location.
- All prices are shown before applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Recurring plans renew automatically until canceled in your account settings.
- Failed payments may lead to restricted access until resolved.
Refunds
#Refunds are available within 14 days if consumption is below 20% of course content.
- To request a refund, contact support from the purchase email within 14 days.
- Bundles and gift purchases follow the same policy per seat consumed.
- Chargeback abuse or fraudulent claims will result in account closure.
Liability
#We are not liable for indirect damages. The service is provided as-is within applicable law.
- In no event shall aggregate liability exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
- Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
- Courses are for educational purposes; outcomes are not guaranteed.
